HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Simply fill out your information on the “Sign Up” page.
2. Then go to the “Create Order” page and start uploading the photos. Then you will proceed to an easy to fill out form where you can add all of your editing instructions and style preferences. We will do our best to process the photos as close as possible to your standards. Please note, we may not be able to do this exactly the way you would like to have it.
3. Below the order form you can select the services you need to apply to the photos, including a rush order option.

HOW DO I KNOW I'LL LIKE WEDDING-RETOUCHING.COM'S EDITING STYLE?

We do several things to make sure that you will. First, we collect detailed instructions from you and information about your preferences. Second, we are happy to edit some trial samples that you can approve before we start on any order to make sure we have matched your style. Finally, should you ever have any concerns about an order, simply notify us right away and we will happily tweak the images until you are happy.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE YOUR SERVICES?

Please view the “Prices” page for general pricing information. Each service is charged for individually, so you only pay for exactly what you need on each order.

CAN YOU MATCH MY STYLE?

We customize our work for each order. We will follow your instructions and ask you some questions to make sure we are going in the right direction. For each order we will edit 10 sample images for you to approve so you can see how we have matched your style.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?

After the samples approval by you, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the order delivery. In the peak season it could be up to 7-8 business days. Please specify the delivery date for your order if you need it to be processed by a certain deadline and we will do our best to make it happen.  

WHICH FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept both RAW and JPEG file formats, however we do recommend you send us the images in RAW format to get the best results.

WHAT IS CULLING?

Culling means a pre-editing. We will remove all of the duplicates, bad or out-of-focus photos to leave you with the best selection.

CAN I CULL PHOTOS MYSELF AND YOU WILL EDIT THE REST?

Sure, you can select each service separately: culling, color correction, basic or advanced editing, album design.

CAN YOU CROP MY PHOTOS?

Sure, please provide us with some general instructions on how you'd like your photos to be cropped.

CAN YOU MAKE MY PHOTOS BLACK & WHITE?

Yes, we can convert some photos into B&W, please let us know the percentage of photos you'd like converted.

WHICH SOFTWARE DO YOU USE FOR WEDDING PHOTO EDITING?

We process wedding photos in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

DO YOU WORK ON CALIBRATED DISPLAYS?

We perform display calibration on a regular basis to ensure that all of the PCs in our office work equally and allows us to provide you with the highest quality of photo editing services.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SEND YOU MY ORDER?

You can choose the most suitable one. For us the best way is when you upload your photos to the secure server after signing up at our website. Also you can use file sharing websites like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS EDITED?

When your photos have been processed we'll deliver your images via a Lightroom catalog. If you'd like your images converted to JPGs, we can do that and return them via Dropbox.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We require a minimum order charge of $20, but you're welcome to combine small orders to meet the minimum.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PHOTOS THAT I CAN ORDER?

There are no minimum or maximum amounts of photos that you may order.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS?

Do not hesitate to tell us about that! We will do our best to identify the reason and try to fix a technical issue if it took place or rework the photos until you are satisfied at no additional charge.

ARE MY PHOTOS SAFE?

Absolutely! We use encrypted protocols to transfer the images. No third person has access to your account or to your photos.
